FRAME JIG (RMIT)

A friend of mine who has designed many bike frames for large companies in the past wanted to start designing and building his own custom frames. To do this he needed a jig to set designed angles and lengths as well as to hold tubes in place for layout and tack welding. We worked together to come up with a jig design that could be used for large mountain and road bike frames down to much smaller BMX frames.
